Our Process
From Raw Material to Finished Steel Products
At Goldone, our manufacturing process is designed to ensure precision, efficiency, and consistent product quality. With advanced machinery and skilled professionals, we follow a streamlined production flow that transforms raw materials into high-grade steel products.
Raw Material Inspection
Carefully sourced sponge iron and scrap are tested and inspected to ensure quality before processing.
Steel Melting
Raw materials are melted in an induction furnace along with required alloys to achieve desired composition and strength.
Billet Casting (CCM)
Molten steel is converted into billets using a continuous casting machine, ensuring uniform shape and quality.
Rolling Process
Billets are processed in the rolling mill to produce M.S. strips of required sizes and thickness.
Pipe Formation (Tube Mill)
M.S. strips are further processed into pipes of various shapes and dimensions using advanced tube mill technology.
Finishing & Dispatch
Final products are inspected, packed, and dispatched efficiently to meet customer requirements on time.
